 | Comment by Wim Lassche(10/16/2008 3:00:25 AM) - #16 Gina Church: Hi Gina welcome to the club..;) A really fine landscape you captured here! Follow these steps straighten the horizon. Just give it a try. Step1: Duplicate your layer.
Step2: Click on Filter/Distort/Lens Correction from the top of your Photoshop screen. A window will pop up with a few settings on it.
Step3: Choose the Straighten Tool. You can find this tool as the second of four buttons on the upper left hand of your Lens Correction window.
Step4: Click on one part of the horizon, and drag a line over to another part of the horizon.
Step5: Let go of the mouse button, and the photo will automatically rotate to be straight.
Step6: Hit OK, and return to the main screen.
Step7: Select the Crop Tool from the left hand toolbar. The Crop Tool looks like a
framer's square.
Step8: Draw a box around the adjusted image of your straightened photo, and the crooked part will be trimmed away.

 | Comment by mrgetz (Keanu is no Klaatu) (10/16/2008 1:46:35 AM) - I don't care what the judges decide, this is the winner Les.
Not the most amazing PS work, it's definitely "Least I have to do" style.
But the media is the message here.
It's right on, and in the grand tradition of PB
Parodies and provacative images.
I salute you. |

 | Comment by *rose* (It would almost be worth it...) (10/15/2008 8:55:35 PM) - Hi Gina! Welcome to the Blink. Don't mind mrgetz. He's really a very gentle soul, harmless as a butterfly. Just the tiniest bit delusional....thinks he's god sometimes, bless his heart. He wanders off when the staff's not watching. Come along now, marty. Dr Polis is waiting for you. He has your meds, dear. |

 | Comment by Stefan Babel(10/15/2008 8:54:44 PM) - #19 mrgetz(Keanu is no Klaatu): I have made a comment to post by Les. I've never asked you to comment on my comment and I'm sure Les wasn't after it either. Then I've answered/replied to Les and there is another comment (under his post) to me. Let's make it clear - no point to lead war of insulting comments in between us - DON'T COMMENT ON MY COMMENTS (I'll treat you the same) and this site can stay one conflict free! Thank you, S. |
